SIGNS THAT COULD SIGNAL A POSSIBLE BURNOUT:
  • Feeling exhausted all the time
  • Getting headaches more often
  • Feeling that every day is like a bad day
  • Feeling that routine tasks - at home or at work - takes too much effort and are a waste of energy
  • Getting disillusioned with you state of affairs and pessimistically thinking that nothing seems to make a difference
  • Having a bad attitude, a short fuse of irritability for no apparent reason
  • Withdrawing from friends and family
I THINK I'M HAVING A BURNOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But actually I shouldn't be since I'm not even doing anything stressful or anything right now -.- Okay maybe I'm not.
