- Feeling exhausted all the time
- Getting headaches more often
- Feeling that every day is like a bad day
- Feeling that routine tasks - at home or at work - takes too much effort and are a waste of energy
- Getting disillusioned with you state of affairs and pessimistically thinking that nothing seems to make a difference
- Having a bad attitude, a short fuse of irritability for no apparent reason
- Withdrawing from friends and family
I THINK I'M HAVING A BURNOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But actually I shouldn't be since I'm not even doing anything stressful or anything right now -.- Okay maybe I'm not.
